My new bed

@5 years 2 months 2 weeks and 6 days old..

Finally I have my own bed..a proper bed..with bedframe and mattress..even a side table.

Mommy was scouting around for children bed but couldn't really find one that she likes. Finally she went to this furniture shop and they recommended all those children bed in car shape, colourful and full of compartments children bed to us but none to daddy and mommy's delight.

Daddy then spotted a white solid wood bed frame and he felt that one is better. We continued looking around but until last Friday, mommy went back the shop and decided to get that for me..because she couldn't find anything better than the white bed frame. Mommy shortlisted 3 bedframes for me to choose

1) pure white solid wood bedframe
2) Car shape bedframe
3) Ben10 divan bed

To me, all the same..as long it is not in black and chocolate colour. Seems like I have no preference, so mommy chose the white one for me coz this set can last me for a long time (outgrown the age of car or Ben10). I have no objection. Hence, mommy ordered the bed frame and a King Koil children mattress and a side table too. The side table is actually more for mommy to place Isabel's baby monitor. It costs mommy RM1100 for 3 items.

I am still sleeping in mommy's room and the side table will be placed between mommy and my bed. So, we can share the side table. We do not have extra room to turn it to my room because Isable has occupied one room and another room is meant for guest and we have guests very often (as in my grandparents and yi yis from Ipoh)...So, in the meantime, I still sleep with my parents. They have no problem with it and I am more than happy to sleep with them.

I like my bed. Mommy bought a new pillow for me too but I don't like it. There is a smell in the pillow which I refuse to sleep on it. Mommy intend to return it and let me sleep on my smelly pillow back. hehehe...
